Cost

The price quoted includes a selection of images for each person, some smiling and some less serious, please let me know on the day or beforehand how many people we are shooting and where you would like to use the images. Also it helps to know what shape they need to be, upright or landscape and if you require space around any part of the image for text. Have a look at some of the examples on my website for inspiration or I can shoot in your corporate style.

Retouching starts at £10/file and is quoted depending on how much work you require. Removal of an odd blemish/spot is FOC. I can also colour grade your portraits  and convert them to black and white.

Style of portraits 

I can shoot full length or a tighter headshot, please let me know before the shoot so I can bring along the correct background and lighting. It’s well worth planning where you will use the portraits, website, social media or print advertising so I can shoot them the correct format.

Location

I can set up in a corner of your office or ideally the boardroom (with table/chairs pushed to one side if possible.) I’ve shot portraits in corridors and reception areas and don’t require any plugs or additional lighting. It’s usually best to set up somewhere quiet, just to help people feel more relaxed.

Schedule

I usually shoot to a timed schedule or can operate a drop in session where people can arrive when they are free, just let me know in advance how you would like to work the session. I usually ask for a minimum of five to ten minutes per person,  but can shoot quicker if you want less choice of expressions.

Set up

Please allow around 30 minutes to set up the lighting and the same again after the session. If possible I request that someone is available to help me carry to and from my car and that a car parking space is booked within the building.

During the shoot

I will advise which way to stand and what to do with your hands. I will also, with permission, alter hair slightly and ensure all clothing is straight and as crease free as possible. I supply a small mirror, blotting patches to reduce sheen and hairspray. I shoot everything to a laptop so at the beginning we can discuss the style and for each sitter, if time permits, I ask them to check if they are happy with the results.

Delivery of images

I supply print ready images via Wetransfer so please ensure it is not blocked by your company firewall, if it is I can send them via other file transfer sites. Turnaround is usually 1-5 days after the shoot depending on other diary commitments. Please let me know if you have a specific deadline.
